The practice was started in 1990 by Mike Coleman, with Mike Starkey becoming a partner in 2010. Their aim has been to provide high quality dental care for the whole family, and they plan to continue this philosophy going forward following Mike Starkey’s early retirement in 2024 due to ill health. Quality and accreditation are central to the practice’s standards. Coleman & Starkey are accredited with the British Dental Association Good Practice Gold award and are also Denplan Excel accredited, reflecting a focus on maintaining excellent levels of care. Feedback is welcomed, and the team encourages patients to share comments about both their service and the website. Access is thoughtfully considered for patients with mobility needs. A ramp leads from the pavement to the entrance, with a small threshold to cross, and adapted toilet facilities and two surgeries are located downstairs. Opening is Monday to Friday, with appointments on Saturdays by arrangement.
