I’ve just completed my initial 5 PRP sessions with Dr. Isran Sajid and have already seen very encouraging results. My hair feels noticeably denser and healthier. Isran is excellent – very knowledgeable with a strong medical background, which gives real confidence in the treatment. He takes time to listen, looks at the bigger picture of overall health (not just hair), and explains everything clearly. He’s also very friendly and down to earth, which makes the whole process comfortable. I’m now moving onto maintenance sessions and would highly recommend him to anyone considering PRP.

Where to start...Due to my impending wedding I wanted overall refresh so that I could look my best for my big day. I was doing a bit of research and the next thing HPD popped up on my socials offering Youth Rejuvenation Package so booked in for a consultation. Next I am sat in the beautiful classy waiting room feeling old and saggy really self conscious...then in comes this whirlwind of a man...Dr Isran. He was so bubbly and friendly, he immediately made me feel at ease. We devised a plan starting with Endolift in 3 areas, polynucleotides and some skin boosting injections then finished off with some botox and a touch of filler. So on the day of the Endolift procedure I was very nervous, but again Issi (we were name first name terms now) made me feel really comfortable and at ease. The procedure itself felt was absolutely fine. It was pain free, although there were some weird sensations and noises but other than that I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Apart from some bruising as expected I had no down time at all. I then went for the skin boosters and Polynucleotides. Now although there was immediate results from the Endolift...a massive change..I didnt realise how much difference until I saw the photos! However, I was concerned about around my mouth and jowls so Issi then suggested some Co2 laser so I signed up for that. In all honesty there was definitely some discomfort with that procedure and the healing is not a pretty process however, after a few days there difference is immense...everyone was commenting on how lovely my skin looked as had such a glow about it. We then finished off with a some botox and a few little bits of filler to give me a more refined look. I am getting loads of compliments about skin and complexion lately of friends and family, even my beauty therapist who is into aesthetic treatments herself said I look really good and couldn't put her finger on what looked different. My partner said the other day that I look 10 years younger. Thanks to Issi I feel more confident about the way I look and definitely feel wedding ready! Hopefully the results speak for themselves. Everyone I spoke to or met at HPD were all so friendly and very welcoming. And as for Issi...I have never met such a down to earth Doctor, he was always open, honest and so friendly...he always made me feel as such ease and was able to have a laugh with him and built up a really good rapport...I like to think that is because I was his favourite patient but the fact is that he is just a great doctor that is passionate about helping people with low confidence to achieve their (realistic) expectations. I had a bridal prep microneedling session and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the treatment. The microneedling session itself was so professional and thorough. She took her time and was incredibly gentle, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay. You can really tell how knowledgeable and passionate she is about what she does. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is also such a lovely person. She made the whole experience feel special and exciting, especially knowing it was part of my bridal prep. I left feeling so looked after and genuinely glowing. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering microneedling, especially brides-to-be. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish!

I had a consultation with Dr Isran for EndoLift and Co2 laser as I had concerns about ageing skin and wanted to rejuvenate my appearance. He explained everything regarding the treatments in great detail advising what to expect during and after treatment. He was very professional and welcoming and answered all my queries.
