Primadent Dental

I was immediately pleased with my first visit here. The dentist picked up on issues I was conscious of and had raised with my previous dentist before i moved to Liverpool. The previous dentist did not notice or pay attention enough to spot that i needed some fillings fixing and a couple of other issues. But within a couple of minutes, Jam at Primadent had picked up on everything that had been concerning me without my telling him. And shortly after we agreed a plan to get my teeth and mouth back to full health. I've since had a hygenist appointment here, and it was the most thorough clean I've had from a hygenist. All in all, I'm very impressed, and pleased to have picked this clinic.

Would highly recommend this dentist!! The girls on reception are so patient and understanding when you have concerns about treatment. The nurses always make you feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments and the dentists and hygienist always go above and beyond!!

The team’s service is 10/10, it would be frustrating to handle the heavy dentist bills but the receptionist team is very patient and friendly every time I go. The dentist and the hygienist are both professional, friendly and patient to explain the situation and to ease patients’ nerves of seeing a dentist. Will recommend!

All staff members made me feel at ease for my experience in the practice. The waiting time was great, didn't have to wait too long. The staff's communication was at good standards.
