Richard has over 40 years of experience and has placed well over 3,000 dental implants, using a number of implant systems. He qualified at Birmingham University in 1978 and gained his MFGDP(UK) in 1993, and he was part of the second cohort of the Faculty of General Dental Practice Implant Training programme. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of General Dental Practice and holds the Advanced Certificate in Bone Grafting for Surgeons from the Faculty at the Royal College. For patient comfort, sedation is available if required. Richard also supports ongoing implant education as the local Study Club Director for the ITI, and the centre notes continued professional training for the team. The team includes Tanya, a dental nurse and the longest serving member of the team.
