During busy periods, the practice asks that visitors only attend if they have an appointment, and for other queries patients are directed to use the contact options and contact form. The practice also outlines appointment instructions for COVID-19, including that only the person with the booking should enter, with the receptionist collecting patients when it is safe. To help reduce foot flow and support social distancing, patients are asked to wait outside the Doctors front door and complete a pre-appointment pack on arrival, including updating medical history and any medications.
