Schoenitz Dental Laboratory UK Ltd in Watford is an owner-run dental laboratory with UK roots dating back to 1998, founded by Raoul Stocchi along with colleague Jonny Won. The laboratory’s background traces to Schoenitz Dental, where Raoul trained as a dental technician, and it continues to build on a long-standing focus on dental technology, including ceramics. The Watford team highlights ongoing investment in equipment and training, regularly attending seminars and courses to keep up with new technology. Their CAD design and digital workflow include 3D printing using a Carbon printer, with production described as moving from prototype to production on the same machine for digital work. In prosthetics, the laboratory states it can support in-house work such as assisting with all on 4 cases, as well as being present on cases done the same day. It also processes chrome cobalt partials and flexi dentures, and manufactures titanium CRCO implant bars and abutments from pre-cut zirconium PMMA blanks using its milling machines, including CORiTEC systems and an AMM-520 milling machine for wet and dry production.
